Northern Exposure exterior mural

here are some photos from 2007 about a restaurant that had a very unique mural painted on its' side on W Main St in Charlottesville,VA as your'e leaving UVA heading towards Downtown.
 I just came across the interior mural of said restaurant. It's now a Mexican restaurant as I type

this is as close to a local Zoo as I can find within the Hogwaller area of Charlottesville,VA
 as of 3/17/2012 I happen to be rambling & took some photos & the building(s) are in a very sorry state. I didn't enter the building, which I felt was smart on my part.

Patapsco Female Institute in Ellicott City,MD

there is a ruin of an exclusive all girls school that emphesised to excessive refinement & breeding shortly before the civil war,durring & afterward.

Legend has it that there was a girl who was soooooo desperately homesick & had an immense abhorrence to the school as a whole, she's been writing home so often to want to leave the school, she fell ill & she died before she was due to leave with her folks, & her ghost haunts the grounds to this very day
