Hidden Facade gets revealed & has work done on it

The peacock tiles is way  way too beautiful to be hidden

This front is way too beautiful to be hidden by ugly dark cedar shakes

it was a hi end women's clothing shop in the mid 30s & the facade was being used, I don't understand why the facade was hidden by ugly dark cedar shakes since  after the mid 30s. It hides the original beauty
